Since the start of the year, vacant warehouse space in excess of 245,000 square feet has been removed from the local inventory by being rented.

This rental shows a trend that Clark County’s industrial market is moving, and that the economy is improving – slowly. Bill Connelly, vice president for Eric Fuller and Associates Inc. in Vancouver, WA said that industrial leasing is also beginning to move at the Port of Vancouver where a railroad project is underway. This new deal is projected to be a $150 million construction project.
