According to an article by The Tri-City Herald, developers have begun work on a 9.5 million dollar apartment complex in Richland, as a part of the Research District.

The article said that the new complex is near WSU Tri-Cities and surrounded by research facilities.

What makes this development so exciting is that it is going to add a new flavor to the area, attracting young people who are either students or people working in the research facilities. Adding more housing in this area will make it easier for people to work, shop and live in one place.

All of these factors will make Richland an attractive place for people to take a job or go to school. As the district develops, it is also likely to attract new residents to the area and promote further growth, which could have positive effects on housing prices in the future.
