Position: Processor/Loan Officer

Hi, my name is Madalyn Winegar I moved to Vancouver in 2016 but have been in the PNW my entire life. I have had jobs in a variety of fields from customer service, dental, full time mom to two amazing (crazy) children and currently a dual position as mortgage loan processor and a mortgage broker. Each job has come with its own growth and rewards but what I find most fulfilling is the meaningful  impact my work has on individuals. I joined Creekside in 2020 and have loved every moment of it. I help families start fresh, find their forever homes and everything in between. The cool thing about homeowning is it’s attainable for anyone!

In my free time I love spending time with my family. I have two young children who both love to be outside. There isn’t a park in Vancouver we have not touched. Family is my number one priority which makes my job so special because I get to help families every day. I get a glimpse into others’ lives and I’m a part of a team that comes together in support of those wanting to grow their assets for their future. Everyone’s story is different, and I love how these moments help us all.   I look forward to hearing and creating more stories within this community and with Creekside.
