Meet Kerry Greenwald

For nearly three decades, I’ve had the privilege of helping families achieve the dream of homeownership. Since entering the mortgage industry in 1996, I’ve built my business around one simple principle: take great care of people, and they’ll never forget it. Today, the majority of my business comes from referrals from past clients, trusted financial advisors, and top real estate professionals throughout the Pacific Northwest—a responsibility I never take for granted.

As the Founder and Owner of Creekside Mortgage, Inc., I wake up every day passionate about helping clients navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. Whether you’re buying your first home, upgrading to your forever home, refinancing, or exploring your VA loan benefits, my team and I are committed to making the process smooth, educational, and stress-free.

After serving in the military myself, I founded Creekside Mortgage in 2005 with a mission to better serve active-duty military members and veterans. Since then, my team and I have proudly helped more than 8,000 military families achieve homeownership through VA financing. Helping those who have served our country isn’t just part of what we do—it’s at the heart of who we are.

Over the years, I’ve become one of the Pacific Northwest’s most experienced VA home loan specialists, and I continue to advocate for veterans by helping them understand and maximize the incredible benefits they’ve earned through their service.

When I’m not helping clients secure financing, you’ll usually find me spending time with my amazing wife and our four incredible children. Family is everything to me. I love coaching youth basketball and baseball, enjoying the outdoors, boating, camping, fishing, and pursuing one of my favorite passions—bird hunting.
