It’s crazy to look at the population growth that has been happening. In 2010 there was around 15,000 people and now we jump forward 13 years and it’s doubled in that timeframe. I think in another 10 years, it’s going to double again. So, it’s sitting just under 30,000 right now and I think that number is just going to continue to grow. It’s a suburb of Boise so it isn’t very far from the city. However, the cost of living in a lot cheaper in Kuna. The cost of homes are much cheaper than they are in the surrounding areas of Meridian, Idaho and Eagle Idaho. You are able to get a really nice house, in a newer area for much cheaper. You’re going to continue to see that area become very popular in the coming years. We definitely recommend this area if you are looking to purchase in the Treasure Valley.
