The program is designed to help eligible active duty military, veterans, and surviving spouses qualify for a home.

VA STREAMLINE (IRRRL)

The VA streamline refinance, also known as an interest rate reduction refinance loan (IRRRL), allows you to refinance your current loan for a better rate.

VA 100% RATE AND TERM REFINANCE

Like a VA Cash-Out- Refinance, but it’s limited cash out. Guidelines are the same and you will need an appraisal. It allows you to borrow up to 100% of the value of your home!

VA CASH OUT REFINANCE 100%

The VA cash-out refinance is for Veterans who want to take cash out of their home equity to help pay for anything from home improvements to consumer debts

They were amazing! When a house we got inspected fell through and we found another within a week, Kerry and his team worked expeditiously to keep the same closing date. The team is very responsive, and even if who you are working with is out of office, someone else on their team will promptly respond. They made the process so streamlined (and doable online) that I jokingly tell my wife we bought a house from our bed. If you are a veteran (and even if you are not), I cannot recommend them highly enough. They also worked with my night shift schedule, so that was a huge help! With Creekside's help, I got my first home and felt supported and well-informed (they broke it down real simple for a Marine like me) the entire time!
